Initial phone conversation (10 minutes) - free

Initial parent/guardian intake session (30 - 60 minutes) - $100

This meeting can occur in person, via phone or online video platform and will take approx. 30 mins -60 mins and will involve only the parents or guardians. It is an opportunity to get to know each other better, your family history and discuss the therapy process.

- Intake form, child's history, service agreement, setting goals.

Play therapy session in person or via video (45 - 60 minutes including 15 minutes for clinical admin) - $145

Parent update (20-30 minutes every 5-6 sessions) via phone/video - $50

This meeting is with the parent/guardian only. We can discuss how your child is progressing in therapy and at home. This meeting is where we discuss goal progress.

Travel beyond a 30 kilometre radius - discuss at intake

Reports - Charged hourly at $145 an hour

Attendance at stakeholder meetings/case meetings via video/phone/in person - Charged at $145 an hour. (min 30 min charge)
